This is great info.
There is no mention in the article about how often you can foliar feed or what type of foliar feeds are the best.
Because so little is used in this application compared to soil feeding I would be happy to do twice a week!
Another idea I have is foliar feeding once a week and seasol once a week! In the growing season of course

A very interesting article from my perspective, not so much from the feeding aspect but from a watering regime. I picked up on watering deciduous trees under the leaves as a means of assisting absorbtion more efficiently many years ago. The idea of watering over the tree is a good way of cleaning the leaves of any residual deposits and of course getting water to the root system but underwatering is especially beneficial as well.

After reading this article a little over a year ago. I decided to make a "TEA" so to speak for fertilization this year. We were lucky enough that when we bought our farm last year that a big plastic holding tank came with the property. So in went all the organics we could get our hands on including our beloved horse's brown gifts that he deposits after every feeding.

This tea used at 1/2 strength for a water based fert has been great. I have used it as well for a foliar feed at 1/4 strength and have been impressed with the results that I feel I'm getting from this type of application on and above my normal regime.
