Steve with one of his prizes......the tree probably weighed 50 lbs - the clay attached to the rootball, another 250 lbs.... I bet it's still in his trunk, waiting for a forklift....lol

Great pics, Brian. You took more than I did, which is well.

When I got home I asked a neighbor for help with "Goliath." He's very fit, and probably 20 years younger than I. Between us we got the tree out of the trunk, and from there I managed with a two-wheel dolly.

I trust you and Diana had a good, safe trip back to Fort Collins. Thanks again for including me in this.

We pooped out in the middle of Kansas, and stopped for the night.
