| A good article, but is there any way to make the images a bit bigger? It's kinda hard to tell what's going on the size they're now...

We were kinda constrained by the images we got for the article. I am trying to find another way around this to improve the size and quality of them. A reason now for you to go back and read it again _________________ Tom Brown

The images in Chris's article have been reworked. To a clickable version that will give you a nice enlargement. Happy viewing _________________ Tom Brown

Nice new face on a very nice article Chris. Need to get a poorly rooted collected tree in to photograph to show how to deal with some complex material.
Cheers,
John

Well thanks, Taylor! Knowing the trees you and your dad have around makes that even more gratifying. Just so you know for sure, that's not the root pad from the tree in the article. It's a crazy moment during one of those Boon Intensives. The tree in the photo is a very nice Trident maple.
