Below are some guidelines and polices of Bonsai Vault’s site and discussion forum that you should make yourself familiar with. A understanding of these will make your visit more meaningful and pleasurable.

User Name:
We encourage you to use your given name as your user name. We also understand many people have pseudonyms (on-line nicknames) that they enjoy using. So in an effort to appease all. We request that if you use a pseudonym as your user name that you use your given name in your signature. Posting members not abiding by this policy will be considered in violation of the forum's policies and subject to its remedies.

Content:
When making a post keep your post content to the topic being discussed. Discussion, disagreement and debate are strongly encouraged. What will not be tolerated is posts made that are verbally hostile, personal attacks, innuendo, combative, and profanity that is used excessively, and posting content that is not with in the guidelines of this forum.

Remedies:
Bonsai Vault reserves the right to terminate any persons membership in this forum if the forum’s policies are violated. This will be done using the 3 strike rule. A offending member will be given written warnings twice that they have violated the policies of this forum. On the third infraction their membership will be terminated.

Postings that are in violation of forum policy will be deleted or edited accordingly with out notice. Postings that are off topic but are still with in the forums content maybe subject to being moved to an appropriate thread.
